Sharmila is the founder member of AVR Retail Solutions Pvt. Ltd. She provided her continuous support from the beginning along with her family responsibilities . A passionate professional, graduated from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmadabad has extensive experience in marketing and business management. He has always been with the core team of AVR in day to day operational management, planning, financial management, quality control and growth planning. He believes in continuous reforms and adopting the best practices of the industry.

Satish has excellent understanding of vastu and layout plans, which has always benefitted our clients by getting remarkable market share in his city/area. An Embedded Developer by education and by heart, has proved his excellence by providing very practical solutions of various day to day problems in the display management. Pankaj is a passionate graphic designer. As designing is the most crucial component of retail solutions segment, Pankaj has felt this need of designing and developed an extraordinary talent to provide the solutions which are very appealing and practical. He has been associated with AVR to specifically design the sign and signage board for their clients. This is enabling our Clients to widen the horizon of their businness growth.
